Do you have to be Dating to Hold Hands or Kiss?

I have gone a a date or two with a girl I like but it's not official but sometimes she asks if we can hold hands and she dares me to kiss her on the cheek from time to time. I Like her and I get the hint that she likes me but we arn't official. But is it ok to do these things befor we start going out?
