Is s4 league a virus game?

my mom wont let me download it insisting that it could have a virus... (like all games could) so how do i find out if it's safe to play or not? D= (i have no idea how to scan a game for viruses :D ) if it is safe, what's the official site i should download it from? please and thank you! D:
