Any real prison guards on here, this has to do with female guards and equality?

Just was wondering how a maximum security male prison like San Quintin would be with a 100% female staff, from Warden to cooks, everybody female. I hear the females say they can do any job a man can do, I say it is time to let them prove it. ...... I for 1 wouldn't want to live within 200 miles of that prison if that happened, does this make me a "sexist"?
