Can a police officer "Game Warden" text a minors Full name and information "everything this person stole".....?

can a police officer "Game Warden" text a minors Full name and information "everything this person stole"....... before anything is writen down on paper and before this person is put threw the system? or is that illegal?........ you get pulled over, game warden put you in cuff and into a car , five minutes pass as you " the minor" havent moved game warden then text his son "in school" minors full name and everything that was found in the minor's car"everythings this minor stole" then the son starts to tell other students.all done before any paper work before minor is put in system before minor is photo graphed ........ is this illegal
