How are my chances in Harvard University so far with these grades and situations?

Harvard is extremely hard to get into. Middle school doesnt matter, but all four years of highschool matter! A B- may not look good to them. Also extra cuticulars are just about as important as grades. They look for all around students who help there communities and do things they enjoy. They look for people who stand apart from the normal 4.0 goody goody's and your essay when applying is also important.
