Is dishonesty and a way to get away with it taught at political and law schools?

Or is it hereditary and passed on generation to generation or is there on the job training? Why do politicians and lawyers specialize in dishonesty more than any other field? Ok, to be fair: Doctors, Insurance companies, Health Care officials, and Gas and Oil CEOs are pretty high on the dishonesty list too. Why?
