Ive found a beautiful puppy!!?

how do i go about getting it a home. i want it gone TONIGHT!! its lovely n all, has no collar. has fleas and thats the reason i dont want it in my house. can i take the dog to the rspca or is there such a thing as dog wardens in the UK? its pure white with blue eyes. think its a husky? really friendly but obviously a bit scared and confused
