My right to get dogs back from animal lifeline?

my dogs was taken from my back garden on sunday the 22nd of may and been looking for my dogs since then and have spoken to dog wardens and they have spoken to all dog homes in the area but got no where intill today when i found out they have been taking to animal lifeline and they are refusing to give me back my dogs
