Should I wait, or what? Which is better?

So me and this guy have been talking now for about two weeks and yesterday we went out on his boat and had a good time. Monday we are going to the movies. When will he ask me to be his girlfriend? Or is he waiting? And if he doesn't ask me Monday, should I still kiss him or just wait until we are official?
