What book do you recommend that deals with the history of American Indians of the entire Western Hemisphere?
I'm presently reading"500 Years Of Indigenous Resistance",by Gord Hill.This book chronicles the resistance by Indigenous peoples,which limited & shaped the forms and extent of colonialism of the entire Americas(north,central & south America).
