That horses are considered livestock, and therefore owners don't technically have to have their feet done? a man in a neighboring city of mine has 6 mares and a stallion. all of them are lame as hell, and his big fat greasy white wife and her friends run around on those poor horses. I was invited there because he was having a "race" and I went to check out his horses - they all had awful feet, swayback and were skinny. His stallion was hidden in a makeshift "stall"if you could call it that. I confronted the man and he said all his horses were taken care of and in great shape. We left and called the game warden, who said he'd been out there before....but I mean. what else can I do?

IMO, Rescue Organizations should have the dogs altered before they go into new homes. Each organization than should incorporate that cost into the cost of the animal when sold. Even if someone were to buy an animal from a Rescue Group that was not already altered, they *could* turn around and still breed it anyway, thinking they will make more money on the puppies produced, than what the Organization is willing to pay them back. Any Rescue Organization should have nothing to do with anyones animal that is not associated with their group. It's just plain none of their business. I have no problem with education about the over-population of dogs, but they have no right to tell anyone what they can and can't do with their own property. I get the idea that someone could pick up a dog on the street and then claim they will spay or castrate when they get money for doing so, BUT, it just plain won't work. That's my honest opinion, if I'm even understanding your question correctly. You are right, they can dump the dog and go out and buy drugs or whatever.

Is it normal to become bitter toward someone during a long term relationship?

I know you say you love him and he is still very sweet, but it sounds to me like you aren't really emotionally invested in the relationship anymore. He betrayed your trust and he's going to have to work really hard to get that trust back, if it's at all possible. I think you will have those untrusting thoughts in your head for awhile. The fact that you are really socializing with his circle of people anymore says to me that you are scared of getting hurt like that again so you don't want to get to deep emotionally with him again because you don't want to feel that pain that you felt. You might want to look into couple's counseling so you guys can get your feelings out and work on building that trust back up. If that doesn't work, then I would say that the relationship needs to be over.

Why can some people use certain songs/clips on YouTube and I can't?

Terrible psychiatric problems, what should i do?

I have been suffering with severe anxiety for my entire life, i get less than 12 hours of sleep per week. I had a sleep study, and it did not yield any useful information. I also have severe anxiety, especially social anxiety, and suffer from panic disorder. one day, i became such i nervous wreck, that i broke down, found a drug dealer and bought a vicodin, and with my luck was arrested, as a cop was watching the transaction. this is now on my hospital record. and my last psychiatrist, and all doctors/specialists, i have seen since then, refuse to prescribe me anything but seroquel, and other sedating anti-psychotics, for fear that i will abuse benzodiazepines or other sleeping pills. Seroquel makes me extremely sick, sort of like i have the flu, and i refuse to take it, and this ads to the drug seeking appearance that these doctors are trained to look for by the office of diversion control. I legitimately need these medications, but cannot get them because i was arrested once, and taken to the hospital, for possession of hydrocodone. which i never even got the chance to take. i had never misused drugs before, or after that event. and still, i remain out in the cold. apparently effective medication is a privilege that is taken away very easily by the DEA, ODC, and the medical community, to try to get you to buy street drugs illicitly, so that the police can arrest you, and so you have to hire a lawyer, and the judge and DA have someone to prosecute and then, they can send you to jail, to make sure corrections officers and wardens have jobs. i need sleeping pills but can in no legal way obtain them. what should i do? kill myself? the effects of this insomnia, and my symptoms of anxiety and panic are unbearable to say the least.

The end is based in a prison, the only thing i really remember is at the end the main character puts the american flag upside down to say he surrenders and all the prison guards put their guns down. But the warden takes one of the guards pistols and kills the main character. Don't Suppose any of you know what its called ? If i recall correctly the warden is quite a chubby guy. Blue Highways by William Least Heat Moon. It chronicles his journey around the country following the lesser used blue highways on the map. They take you into the heart of America; small towns, real people, interesting sights you would miss by taking busy highways, etc. I have driven across the country twice and drove on many blue highways. The pace is slower, the scenery is wonderful, and the experiences were memorable! You don't have to travel around the country. I have found my warden and alistair and given them their armor and everything i have clicked on alistair and all he says is Being locked up in a place where everyone wants to kill you makes me wish I was a templar. I work in an office as a financial analyst. Somehow I was put in charge and am a fire warden for my floor; and have been for the past 5 years. This year I apparently have to go for safety training...this is the first I've ever heard of this. Some of my co-workers are joking about me "forgetting" to go...I started laughing, then I thought....what if I did miss the training, could I actually get in trouble for it? Well, if you read the book, or pay close attention to the movie, the warden's Bible was one of the things that Andy took with him when he escaped. Remember he put his own bible, in which he had stored the rock-hammer, in the warden's safe? Naturally, he didn't have the bible in his hands at that moment because he had just crawled out of a sewer pipe and everything he had with him was sealed in a plastic bag to keep it safe from the rain.

My husband is deployed, and will not be back until Sept. 2011. We currently live in TX. His ex wife has abandoned their son in NM with her uncle. Her uncle called me and my husband asking us to come get my husband son(4yr old). The uncle has not seen the mother/ex wife in about 4months. My husband is paying child support for his son, ex wife has not and will not let him see their son.< in the divorce it say the gets visitation rights. Ex wife is on drugs and we and her family have asked her to get her life together but she does not want to. I have called CPS and they told us the uncle can not give the son to us because the mother left the son with her uncle and if the uncle decides to abandon or not take responsibility, the the son will become a warden of the state. We do not want this but we do not know where to go or who to talk to so my husband can have his son in his life and take care of him properly. its true, cats can be either indoor or outdoor cats...i think it depends on the way you raise them. but if you do raise them as indoor cats, it can be dangerous to let them out. not only will they get lost, but they wont be able to survive outside. conversely, outdoor cats cannot stay inside. people think its wrong probably because they dont own cats or know anything about them..they just assume that cats are meant to be outside or have an outdoor cat. dont worry about those people, do your own thing. if youre really worried, call your vet to find out. hes much more qualified to explain. people are always gonna hate.

I already posted this, but apparently it wasn't really understand-able, so I'm posting it again with correct grammar, and what not. I'm 13. Is the US Army Corps of Engineers land not a part of my city?

I live in a town in Texas that banks a lake the US Army Corps of Engineers own. My property however backs up to the lake where we are required by our city to fence at a certain elevation due to the dams spillway level. The corps have always owned this land as well for a base where the lake now covers. The lake has been here before the town, I'm almost positive, when the corps flooded it. The level that is required however is almost never reached by the lakes water level as that is its peak and leaves a decent amount of land that is owned by the corps, making it ineligible to consider it our property. The lake spans over the course of near a dozen or more cities across in our area. Since this is spread all throughout as government property, does the extra amount of land belong to my city? I mean the lake can't really be divided into sections as city properties and is only policed by Texas and Federal Game Warden. The shoreline could be measured into the city boundary lines, but at what point does the fluctuating water level due to inconsistent precipitation/temperatures no longer surpass the line?

What would be a clever way for a character to be transported to another world?

The most realistic way would be to appeal to something like wormholes, quantum branching universes, or simulated reality. These are kind of considered to be sci-fi concepts, but if you do it right you can mix it up and leave the reader guessing whether you're really trying for sci-fi or fantasy. You could even have the character guessing the same thing, even flipping back and forth which each new revelation about their predicament. This can be really fun so long as you don't let it turn into a colossal mindscrew (just hint that it might be one).

im 17 going into my senior year, thinking about colleges. I'm on the fence as to weather i should get a degree in forensic science or criminal justice. i heard that if i got at least a BA in criminal justice, i have so much to choose from as to the occupation i want, versus forensic science. which one do you think is better? i'm thinking about maybe being a warden or a probations officer, maybe ever a cornor which i know i would need medical school for that. which degree has more oppurtunities?

How much can I get in trouble if I miss my safety training?

I work in an office as a financial analyst. Somehow I was put in charge and am a fire warden for my floor; and have been for the past 5 years. This year I apparently have to go for safety training...this is the first I've ever heard of this. Some of my co-workers are joking about me "forgetting" to go...I started laughing, then I thought....what if I did miss the training, could I actually get in trouble for it? I'd like to play WoW again, but I'm not sure if I want to commit to paying for a subscription. Good Fantasy/Romance Anime?

Utena Tenjou is one of my favorite. Its romance and comedy. Plus they have a cute little monkey pet in there named momo and at the end of every book/episode he has his own cute little minisode. Great on action and fantasy as well. Another one is Fruits Basket. It deals with the animals of the zodiac and there is a family called the shomo family who all have mystical powers and transform into these animals. My favorite is the cat because they tell the story of how the cat chinese zodiac was tricked into not comming to the banquet so he was never really put into the zodiac but he still has the chance to redeem himself. It also centers around a girl who is in a love triangle with the cat and the rat so its also comedy being that they are natural rival enemies. Definatley those 2 series are my favorite.

Why can some people use certain songs/clips on YouTube and I can't?

I saw someone else's video (not official or Vevo), and they had the same exact song. Same goes with movie clips. Why can't I use them, while others can? There's 4 of them, 2 golden retreivers and 2 lapso apso. They're always barking and constantly get loose. Me and 2 of my other neighbors have tried to talk to them about their dags before but they do nothing. Puppy Sick/Not eating?

We got our boxer mix on friday from the shelter. Before we left, the dog warden gave her her 2nd round of shots, a flea pill, and a dewormer. Can I surrender or euthanize my dog while it's quarantined?

My dog attacked another dog and is now classified as "dangerous" according to the city. Because he bit another dog, he is supposed to be quarantined for 10 days, which I can do at home. However, various circumstances prevent us from keeping him after this, but the ordinances aren't so specific that they state whether or not we have the option of surrendering or humanely euthanizing our dog during the quarantine period. I don't know what the protocol is for this, and I've tried contacting the dog warden several times, and I fully intend to keep trying, but in the meantime, can anyone tell me what the standard operating procedure is in a case like this?

I want to name my kids after both my parents?

My parents are Brian and Emese. Emese means Emma-Shay in english. Brian is a handsome name and represents strong character. It also remind me of my father who I adore. Emese would be her official name since I want to represent my hungarian side, but I would call her Emma Shay and besides when she is older she has 4 ways to represent her name. Xbox doesn't recognize new (official) HDD after big screw up?

So basically, I tried to transfer my data from a 60GB HDD to a 120GB HDD. I already have a transfer cable(lost the CD) so what I did was I put the 60GB one in my xbox, and the 120GB one in my transfer cable to my xbox. The xbox asked me to configure the new device and I agreed. Then a clean data transfer followed and I thought it was done. But what turn out is that my xbox actually configured my 120GB HDD to a 16GB external HDD! When I plug the 120GB HDD in on the top, it won't recognize it. Can I fix this or should i contact microsoft?

Harvard is extremely hard to get into. Middle school doesnt matter, but all four years of highschool matter! A B- may not look good to them. Also extra cuticulars are just about as important as grades. They look for all around students who help there communities and do things they enjoy. They look for people who stand apart from the normal 4.0 goody goody's and your essay when applying is also important.

I personally don't think you can appeal it or should bother because you were stil on your 90 day probationary period. They can pretty much terminate you for any minor infraction during that time. Some handbooks have said they don't even have to give you a reason.

Please rate my green and white MTG deck?

Unfortunately for this deck, most of the cards are pretty bad. The only cards I would consider keeping are the Shepherd of the Lost, the Sun Titan, and Llanowar Elves, the rest of the cards just arent good enough. You need 4 each of any card you play in a deck to increase the chances of drawing those cards to win you games. 1-2 of each card is not going to cut it. You need a couple more lands, 23 isnt enough.

I know there were rumors about it, but will there be some program(s) to help you transfer UMDs to a memory?

I own a PSP 1000, and I'm looking foward to purchase the PS Vita. The PS Vita DOES NOT use UMDs and I'm worried that my favorite games will not make it to the library, for free of course. I don't want to pay for the same game twice. I've checked the PS Store, and all of my games (R&C: Size Matters, Secret Agent Clank, Daxter, Burnout: Dominator, Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, and Little Big Planet) are in the store. So all I need to know is: When I buy the PS Vita, will I be able to get my games on the momry stick or whatever it will have, maybe the LiveArea?

Should I watch tsubasa Revelations/ where can I watch them?

Ok so I finished Tsubasa reservoir chronicle yesterday and by the last episode they made it pretty clear that it was Far from over. But then i know there are only about 3 more episodes to watch after.....I know the manga is muchhhhhh longer than the anime (at least that's what I've heard I've never read it) and there's only like 3 episodes so there's NOOO WAY they could possibly explain everything and wrap it up in such short time so I'm wondering if I should just read the manga or go ahead and watch the "revelation" episodes. Now if I do watch the revelation & then after that watch the shunraiki episodes will i understand them and are they worth watching? Or should I just read the manga then watch it to understand? Is there a "Mirror of Transformation" in Dragon Age: Origins (PC or Console)?

I made my character a little odd looking and would like to change his appearance, but I don't really wanna start all the way over. I have both the PC version (with the console enabled, the version with the Warden I'm referring to) and the 360 version. I found that mirror to be incredibly handy in Dragon Age II. I tried "runscript chargen 0" and that... didn't work at all. Thanks!

Is Europa Universalis Chronicles good?

Steam has Europa Universalis 3 Chronicles on sale for $7.50 and I was curious if it was any good. I've tried the demo, but it only allows you to play a few countries and has only two scenarios. It seems like a good game judging by the reviews I've read, but I just want to have a few more opinions under my belt before I decide to buy it or not.

Devil dog ! attacking motor bikes and riders !?

You're on the right track with trying to socialize her to them (but being more careful of yourself). Do you know her past? She may have had a traumatic event involving 1. I have noticed that a lot of dogs do not understand them & may even feel a bit threatened by them. My dog is very wary when going near one, but does not attack; she also barks at people in wheelchairs (how embarrassing!) but we need to think like the dog. It might be easier getting the park rules enforced regarding the bikes; you can't rush training a dog, it is however possible to overcome this with time & effort. Just was wondering how a maximum security male prison like San Quintin would be with a 100% female staff, from Warden to cooks, everybody female. I hear the females say they can do any job a man can do, I say it is time to let them prove it. ...... I for 1 wouldn't want to live within 200 miles of that prison if that happened, does this make me a "sexist"?

Is the final Broodmother in DAO: Awakening Morrigan?

In Dragon Age Origins Morrigan escapes pregnant with the Grey Warden baby. In the "Witch Hunt" quest line she goes through the type of mirror that turns Tamlen into a shriek. In the "Awakening" quest line, the final boss is a brood mother that has a very similar appearance to Morrigan. Since women with taint turn into brood mothers and the mirrors have the ability to taint, is it just a coincidence or is it actually her?

I'm trying to decide on a name for an e-product I'm putting together explaining how I make a good extra income reselling specialty items I find at auctions, yard sales, other local sellers, etc. It will chronicle from start to finish how I find, research, buy and resell items to put a pretty good amount of extra money in my pocket, but I'm not sure of a good name. Contact with a rabid raccoon?

Earlier today for the safety of my children and two pet dogs I was forced to shoot a raccoon that I believe to have had rabies. The raccoon was wondering about in a dazed and disoriented state in broad daylight , its right hind leg appeared to show signs of some paralysis & the raccoon showed zero fear of me and the mouth was also open and some saliva was dropping from it. My question is after shooting the raccoon a few times I went to dispose of it and was not thinking and touched the tail to get the body onto the shovel and into the box. The raccoon did not bight me nor scratch me nor do I have any open wounds on my hands. Should I be worried about contracting rabies? The local animal control took the body to send it off for tests to find out if it really had rabies or not. None of the animal control officers or local health officials would give me a straight answer as to if I should seek medical attention or not. My wife says I am being extremely paranoid. Can someone with some experience or medical knowledge give me some advice. They just said that it was very very unlikely and I should contact a physician if I felt the need. Again was not bit nor scratched just touched its tail. But they said it is a virus transmitted by saliva and if the raccoon in question had chewed licked or bit its tail its possible the virus was on it. Please let me know what my course of action should be.

These two Dragon Age: Origins trophies are giving me trouble. Help?

I only need a few more trophies until I get the Dragon Age: Origins Platinum Trophy on ps3. There happens to be an issue though... After some research, I found out that the two trophies Master Warden (Kill 500 Darkspawn), and Blight-Queller (Kill 100 Darkspawn) were glitched after a patch of the game. This is really frustrating seeing as I have well over 1000 darkspawn kills across all of my playthroughs and haven't acquired either trophy... Does anyone have any advice or any workaround that could help me get these trophies? The help would be very appreciated.

If so I say try this, put a 100% female staff in a 100% male prison, San Quintin type, 100% female everything, Warden, guards, medical staff, cooks, everything. We are being told that there absolutely no differences in the sexes when it comes to the "workplace". I say try it just once and get this nonsense out of the way for once and for all. Yes I know there are many female guards in the prisons, but just as extras in a movie and will be covered for if needed. And there I am sure a few female guards that are up to it, I am talking about a 100% female staff. That is like saying if your basketball players are on average 7 feet tall, you need to recruit a few 5 feet tall players to enhance the team.
